Our olives are handpicked and cold pressed the same day. Oil is unfiltered and bottled to produce a fresh, crisp, grassy and peppery extra virgin olive oil. Hillcrest Ranch Olive Oil is chemically tested by an independent lab and taste-tested by the California Olive Oil Council. Both our Picholine/Mission and Manzanillo Olive Oils have earned the COOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil certification. |

All of our trees are dryland farmed, meaning we provide no irrigation. Not only is this good for the environment, but it gives our oils a rich, pungent and fresh flavor. Our olives are handpicked- no heavy machinery to extract the olives.
